Still needs a home!! Billy has not had the easiest life so far. During a hurricane in FL, his family abandoned him to fend for himself. He suddenly lived outdoors but found a food source from a neighbor who would leave some outside for him. This neighbor later moved, so Billy was taken in as a foster and brought to PA. When his foster mom got to know Billy she found that he loved being brushed, scratching on his post, playing around in catnip, and eating all types of food & treats! His amazing personality and cute, big head was winning her over. Billy was taken to the vet to get up-to-date vaccination shots and neutered. During this time, he tested positive for FIV. We want to find Billy a forever-loving home! He deserves it! 2-4 yrs old I will travel to help relocate him to a potential home!!
